My Baby Has A Single Large Red Stain Which Spans

My baby has a single large red stain which spans on his face, neck and chest. His dob is on Oct 10.. now he is 3 months old. His paediatrician at the time of birth said its portwine stain.. but the neonatologist said its hemangioma. There was one doctor who said its salmon patch after seeing a photo. We are confused and worried. Please advice what to do in this.. This mark blanches when touched.. once pressed it becomes normal skin colored and turns back red after a few seconds. Baby behaves normal otherwise.. feeding is normal and completely on breast milk
