My Baby Is 20 Months Old. From Past Two Days

My baby is 20 months old. From past two days he is having fever which goes up to 103.4 and then after giving Tylenol It decreases and then in 4 hours increases again. He is burping a lot and also farting. What could be the reason for the fever? In how many days will he get better soon
