My baby is 2Y10M old. From today early morning she is suffering from fever. Fever is fluctuating between 100 to 103 degree F. Given paracetamol syrup 4 times. But after giving the paracetamol the fever is slowing down for next 2-3hrs but then again it is coming back. She is not taking any food and only taking water. Entire day she is preferring to stay on lap or on bed where as she is very agile and full of energy to do lot of things throughout the day.
Please advice what medicine should I give to her.
