My Blood Creatinine Level Is 144.What Does It Mean?
A recent occupational health examination report states my blood creatinine level is 144 and a report recommends continued monitoring. Do I have a problem I am unaware of? I have had a myocardial infarction 15 years ago with angioplasty and stent treatment and am taking ACE inhibitors daily.

If creat is high ace inhibitors cant be used. It's contraindicated. Meet a cardiologist
