My blood sugar is 437 I know it's high but how bad is it really? I'm not on any medication and I've been diabetic for a couple years. When do I have to worry about my levels? What is considered really high?
Really bad. Understand that if sugar levels are above or below normal then it means that you disease state is not controlled and this will lead to severe irreversible complications. Treating diabetes includes both the doctor's prescription and the patient's compliance
