My blood sugar was 36, and another time it was 300and something. Am I a diabetic?
I am thirsty all the time now, and always feel dehydrated.

I wonder why your glucose levels fluctuate so much even without taking any diabetic medications. Do get yourself evaluated by a Diabetologist.
