Closed tubes can opened by laparoscopic or open abdominal surgery. If the tubes are closed to small extent, chances of surgery are good. However if the tubes are closed very bad, there are still chances of closer of the tubes.

As your both tubes are blocked,there is no alternate except surgery.
Recanalization or tuboplasty can be done.
Results are good.
Never go for any advice given by some body to open tubes without surgery.
If they claim then have written consent from him.

Hello.welcome.If both the tubes remain blocked then pregnancy can't take place.If you want pregnancy then only option is laproscopic surgical opening of the tubes.Once tubes open then you have chances of conceiving.We cant define those chances in percentage term.you don't have any option except to take this chance.Good luck.
