My Boxer Dog Knocked Me Off My Feet Last Night

My boxer dog knocked me off my feet last night at the park. I landed hard on my back and banged my head. I couldn't breathe for a few seconds and my lips went blue. My chest and back really hurts and my neck is now beginning to hurt too. Not sure whether to go get checked out or continue with painkillers which don't seem to be helping much.
