My Boyfriend Can't Go To The Bathroom At All And

My boyfriend can't go to the bathroom at all and do his business, he is lactose and after he ate something yesterday with a lot of lactose sugar in it he got sick but he can't do anything about it. He feels sick in the stomach and he doesn't know weather it is a vomiting sick or a toilet sick. Please help!!
