My Brother Had Epilepsy From The Age Of 14. Phenytoin

My brother had epilepsy from the age of 14. Phenytoin and phenobarbital was used. Now 34 years old.
How many times has a history of seizures. For several months, he has come down. Hearing him speak less. His memory is less. The results:
PTH is high, high alkaline phosphatase. Phosphorus and calcium come down.
MRI results, there Ansfalvmalasy has approved. Now he is very depressed.
Is progressive disease? What is the cause? Is there a cure for him? Or disease progresses over time?
No history of stroke. Doctors do not give a definitive diagnosis. Whether drugs or cerebral blood calcium and phosphorus deficiency is causing this?
Please explain to me in this case. I was very upset and sad.
