My Brother Is 16 Years Old. He Has Been Struggling

My brother is 16 years old. He has been struggling with epigastric pain for over a year now. The episodes have recently become more frequent and involve:
* Diarrhoea
* Vomiting
* Shaking
* Pain
* Extreme fatigue

Each episode can last anywhere from half an hour to 2 days. During an episode, he cannot keep solids nor liquids down and has to remain inside as he has, on occasion, become incontinent.

We have visited many doctors who have come to the conclusion that his symptoms are anxiety related (he suffers from OCD). His most recent episodes do not appear to have been triggered by anxiety however.

As a result of their diagnosis, he has been prescribed anti-diarrhoeals, anti-emetics, and anti-spasmodics.

He has only recently started taking the anti-spasmodics, but entered another episode 10 minutes ago.

I am unsure of what to do.
