My brother recently was told he was anemic after taking antibiotics. So they switched antibiotics and are going to check again on Monday. He is taking the antibiotics for a severe infection on a sore on the bottom of his toe. He also has high blood pressure and is also currently waiting to get a knee replacement. He woke up today and his left hand is not swollen but really hurts. So much so that he can't use it to button his jeans. Is this a sign of a stroke or a heart attack?
