My bum cheeks and groin area my inner thighs my armpits and my lower tummy get a lot of purple coloured cysts/boils some the size of a pea and some upto almost the size of a ping pong ball. The often burst and a pus/ blood liquid drains out sometimes even say 5 tablespoons full. These always continue to come back and leave awful scars. I also get little hard white things under the skin and when I squeeze them a hard core like thing comes out. I am a little overweight but not enough to say this is the reason I am also a very clean person so I struggle to believe it's a bacteria problem. I have tried a lot of skin cleansers etc but nothing works. They often become infected but before they have burst and sometimes even burst but inside not outside
