My Cardiologist Recently (4 Weeks Ago) Changed Me From Clopidogrel

My cardiologist recently (4 weeks ago) changed me from Clopidogrel Bisulfate to Xarelto. She told me I could not use any drugs like advile or aleive etc nothing but Tylenol. I the last 4.5 days I have had severe shoulder blade now involving neck muscle pain. So bad I have slept what little time I can sleep sitting upright in a chair. This morning I tried to get a treatment from a chiropracter I have used, but she told me my bone scan would not allow her to treat the neck area. I had an hour massage this a.m. at her recommendation, but it has brought little relief. My cardiologist is out of the office at a seminar & they are trying to reach her. Is there anything I can safely take with Xarelto - I am at the end of my rope with the pain from this. Kathi
