My Chest X Ray Says Evidence Of Cardiomegaly And Mild Broncho Vascular Prominence. What Does Is Mean?

I am a female. my name is surekha. my age is 48. recently my chest X ray says evidence of cardiomegaly and mild broncho vascular prominence. What does is mean and what is the nature of treatment. I am also suffering from Hypothyroid, Diabetes type 2 and hypertension for which I am taking medications.
for hypothyroid - Eltroxin 75 mg
for hypertension - olmesar H40 and prazopress XL 5 and ecosprin AV 75
for Diabetes - Glimisave M2.

Kindly suggest the line of treatment.

These xray changes are due to hypertension as long standing hypertension causes hypertrophy of cardiac muscles known as cardiomyopathy which on xray shows cardiomegaly and prominent bronchovascular markings so no need to take any other medication but you get your electrocardiogram and 2d echo done for your cardiac assesment.
