My Child Is Suffering With Dry Cough. Which Medication To Be Used For Immediate Recovery?
my child is suffering with dry cough, she cant sleep properly since this dry caugh & continious khasi makes her disturbed. she is just 6 years old, our homeopathic doctor suggest that she had fallenjytis etc. kindly confirm medicine for her immediate recovery .

I would suggest you to give the following
1. Warm saline gargling: To a glass of lukewar water add 2 spoons of salt and gargle with it twice a day
2. To a cup of mild add 10 tulsi leaves + 2 black pepper+ 1 spoon turmeric+ 2 gm of ginger + 2 spoon of sugar. Boil it and feed him hot thrice a day
