My Cholesterol Level Was Marginally High And Had Fatty Liver, Please Advise Me
I was drinking whisky everyday(before dinner) around 180ml since last 2 and a half years. now I found that my cholesterol level was marginally high and had fatty liver. also I gained 8 kg during the said period. I was also smoking around 6-7 cigarettes per day. NOW I have decided to quit alchohol though gradually and now I take 90 ml per day to be reduced to 60 ml per day within ten days. I have also reduced smoking. 3-4 per day. please guide and asdvise on above.
hi;
this is regarding to your drinking & smoking .friend you have not mentioned your age;anyway alcohol is bad for liver & health at any age so quit as soon as possible;smoking does not relate to liver directly but it will make you more prone to heart ailments as your cholesterol level is high;as a friend i would advise you to quit both and stay fit & healthy.start exercises like walking avoid fried food.EAT LIGHT SO THAT YOU CAN STAY FIT & HEALTHY.
THANKS
since your age is 32 you can remain fit easily so Mr.Ashok discontinue both alcohol & cigarette.As it is we can easily live without it so my suggestion will aways be to quit both and stay healthy & happy.In case of any questions or advice feel free to ask.
thanks
Mr. ashok
It is a well established fact that these things are injurious to health and fatty liver changes along with cholestrol changes call for change in your life style else you will have to have regular meidicnes. Avoid intoxicants fats and non veg, have regular execise and from herbal remedies for quick reversal i would suggest you 2 tablets of nirocil bd.
