My Client Had Multilevel Laminectomy L3-S1 For Spinal Stenosis Two

My client had multilevel laminectomy L3-S1 for spinal stenosis two months ago. Neurosurgeon had her on Neurontin for nerve pain, primary care MD just told her to discontinue it. She is on Exforge for blood pressure, simvastin and occasionally ambien. Why did He take her off? are these drugs contra-indcated? she is having a lot of feet and calf tingling , burning etc. and so neurontin seems appropriate. I'm her PT.
