My Cousin Has Just Informed Me She Has Had 10-15

My cousin has just informed me she has had 10-15 bowel movements per day for the past three weeks. She has some cramping but no blood in her stool. She is beginning to get weak but hasn't felt really terrible otherwise. No vomiting. No nausea. Husband is military and will not return until next week. They have four children. This accounts for her not seeking medical attention. She is in TN tonight (New Years Day) but will be in FL Sunday awaiting his return. I think she will not be treated well in the ER on a holiday Friday night for a condition that has been ongoing for three weeks. If she goes to an urgent care clinic tomorrow, she will not be able to return for any test results next week. What is best advice to give her? I told her no Imodium in case of C diff and recommended Pedialyte to replenish some electrolytes.
