My Cousin Has What I Think May Be Gallbladder Issues

My cousin has what I think may be gallbladder issues sheiks only able to eat small amounts of foods she then gets pain radiating from around the front of her chest under her heart to around her back to her shoulder she says her pain scale is an eight at this time & I have told her I think she needs to go to the emergency room I think she may have gallstones as it's always associated with eating
