My dad is 81 years old. He fell down the stairs on 11/22/2014.i took him to ER the same day. Doctors said nothing serious ,they give him pain killer and muscle spasm pills. he has been laying on bed and moving him to armshair 24 hours . he starts developing bed rash on his bottom from sitting on armchair.I tried with him to walk wit the walker (he never used before) but he prefer to sit or lay down , he is afraid that he will fall again...
what do you recommend for him please. his primary doctor is 36 miles away and i dont have car to drive him there.
