My Daughter (16) Has Been Suffering From Moderate To Severe

My daughter (16) has been suffering from moderate to severe nausea for one week, no vomiting (appendicitis has been ruled out). Also very tired (sometimes exhausted), on and off headaches (not migraine), low appetite, and low grade fever most evenings (99.3-99.7, her usual temp runs low, around 98.0). She was diagnosed with migraines in June and put on Topomax (1-2 per evening). 3 weeks ago, she was increased to 3-25mg tablets Topomax per day (after her last migraine on Aug 30). Neurologist has not been available the past few days, so regular doctor tried omeprizol for nausea - no effect. We are seeing regular doctor again tomorrow, just wondered if you had any ideas. CBC and urine test were done 9/8, both negative. Thank you.
