My Daughter 23 Years Old Was Told By New Psychiatrist

My daughter 23 years old was told by new psychiatrist to up her dose of lama too by 50 mg. We started last week by adding 50 mg at night. No side effects noticed. Today she added another 50 mg and is complaining of stiff back muscles. Tense and tight muscles. Do we need to be concerned?
