My daughter fell in the bath over a year ago the next day she had a really swollen nose, the doctor waited for the swelling to go down and when it didn't as she had then had developed a lump on the side if her nose by the bridge. He thought it was a cyst, also she was born with a small dimple on the middle of her nose which now has a hair growing from it which he thought was a punctum suggesting it might be a nasal dermoid cyst, however a scan came back clear.This bump fluctuates it goes right down flat looking like a faint bruise and then one day her nose stsrts out as puffy and by the end of the day the bump fills out and gets quite swollen loooking like a red blueberry eventually it gets so big it pops a little leaking pus and a little blood and then scabs over.
