My Daughter Had Been Hospitalized In Feb 2015 For 2

My daughter had been hospitalized in feb 2015 for 2 weeks for "mastoiditis". In April of 2015 she had her first sinus surgery. The left side mastoid pain never went away. Fast forward to now, she just had her second sinus surgery and exploratory ear surgery (mastoid still hurts). ENT found bone spur in sinus cavity "poking" into her facial nerve (causing mastoid pain) additionally her ethmoid cavity was full on same side that mastoid hurt. Dr put "sponge" under ear drum with anti inflammatory and antibiotic in it...we also explore chiropractor help with a bulge in her back--he discovers a "fused" vertebrae between C4-C5. He is certain she's been in car wreck, but we say no. We realize she went through puberty while on crutches. She's lost quite a bit of feeling in her right arm...so now she is having pain in the base of her skull and into the mastoid, down the neck---chiropractor is surprised how tender it is... What can be going on??? Is there a connection with this fused vertebrae and her mastoid pain???????
