My Daughter Had Her Wisdom Teeth Removed Yesterday And Today

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed yesterday and today she is having pains in her lower chest stomach area. She took tow Oxycodone yesterday but none today. She has been taking 800mg Ibuprofen every 8 hours since the surgery. What would be causing the pain and how should it be treated?
