My Daughter Has A History Of High Blood Pressure, She

My daughter has a history of high blood pressure, she has bilateral renal stenosis. She had surgery a year ago to open up the artery in her kidney. She's been doing ok. She is 23 and lives a very normal life. There are a few other issues, but she's hanging in there. We found out about this condition 10 years ago. Lately she's been having tightness in the chest and pain down her right arm.....what could it be? No other symptoms really. No heart pain it's in the center of her chest. And it usually happens in the evening.
