My daughter has a swollen lymph gland that hasn't gone away for several months. She is exhausted all the time. She is 25 years old and started taking adderall about 6 months ago which is helping her focus at work, but I wonder if that is having an effect on her exhaustion, also she became a vegetarian about a year ago so I wonder if she is anemic? What tests would you recommend?
