My Daughter Has Had A Noticeable Black Area On The

My daughter has had a noticeable black area on the inside of her wrist for some time now. It looks like an enlarged vein which runs up her arm and a little into the hand area. It does cause pain when she presses on this area. She has been to the doctors many times and they have all told her it is nothing to worry about. Should she be worried?
