My daughter has had to outbreaks on her lips this month. The doctor told her that it was herpes but just on her lips not insidet her mouth. Her OB requested that she take birth control to regulate her periods. She has been taken Zenchent (birth control) for at least 4 months. IS it possible that its the birh control that is causing these outbreaks? It looks like a rash. very small bumps.
