My Daughter Has P450 Isoenzyme Deficiencies Through 2d6, 2c9 And

My daughter has p450 isoenzyme deficiencies through 2d6, 2c9 and 2 c19. She also has thrombocytosis (platelets are 1.5 million) and two clotting mutations on PAI-1 and MTHFR, along with a potentially low risocetin co-factor. The von willebrand panel is being repeated.

She takes a long list of medications that I am running interaction checks on through Web MD. However, one of which I am unable to locate in the system is amitiza. Could you tell me if this is metabolized through any of the pathways cited above with poor metabolism? I am also looking for pathway clearance for baclofen and am wondering about its potential to exacerbate clotting issues.
Thank you for any help that you can provide.
