My Daughter Hurt Her Back Lifting A Heavy Object A

My daughter hurt her back lifting a heavy object a few months ago. She thought it would get better; instead she noticed other symptoms. She has a back ache and neck stiffness. She is experiencing depression and anxiety because she is sad that no one seems to know why her back hurts all the time. Also, she is experiencing joint pain, numbness in her arms and fingers sometime. She did notice her tips of her fingers becoming white and cold too. Personally, I think the anxiety from not knowing what is wrong with her back is causing some of her symptoms. She is normally extremely healthy. Is it possibly a pinched nerve? Pain goes down her back into her legs. Neck is mostly tense and aches.
