My Daughter In Law Has Been Diagnosed With Stage 3

My daughter in law has been diagnosed with stage 3 HER2 positive breast cancer. Age 32. Waiting for liver biopsy results, which could mean stage 4. Chemo has just started, once a week, every 3 weeks, for 18 weeks.
Her BRCA gene test was negative.
I read the 5 survival rate is only 22%.
I am concerned about how much time she will have given this survival rate should the liver biopsy be positive.
