My Daughter Is 15 Years Old And Has Started To

My daughter is 15 years old and has started to develop lesions that begin with what looks like a small red pimple but turn into blisters. She went to a dermatologist near us and they stated contact dermatitis but she is on vacation in a different state and still continues to have these lesions. Some are striped with blisters and others look like bug bites that blister and put holes in her skin. It is not isolated. She was put on a steroid cream which helps minimally but is on her extremities. What could cause this? She states it causes 7/10 pain surrounding the area. Also, some of them when the first mark occurs it is surrounded by white on her skin. She has never had it prior to the last 12 wks.
