My Daughter Is 17 And Had Surgery In 2011 For

My daughter is 17 and had surgery in 2011 for osteochondritis dissecans of the Talon bone. She has reoccurring pain with too much activity and has since been diagnosed with flat feet, which she wears arch supports for. Just recently she started having pain in the same area as before her surgery. It is tender to the touch and slightly swollen. Can flatfeet cause this pain? She has been wearing the boot to restrict movement for a week now and it is not improving.
