My Daughter Is 17 And Has Been Experiencing The Following

My daughter is 17 and has been experiencing the following symptoms for about ten weeks: back pain; daily headaches; intermittent numbness and tingling, gnawing, and hot/cold patches in her arms, legs, and back; shock like pains; chest pains with shortness of breath. She will have a full spinal MRI with and without contrast in a week. Head MRI was unremarkable. Full spinal x ray states she has levoconvex curvature in the upper thoracic spine and accentuation of the normal lumbar lordosis. Exactly how concerned should we be about the levoconvex curve?
