My Daughter Is 27 She Has A 3x2 Cm Open

My daughter is 27 she has a 3x2 cm open area to her sternum which presented like a cyst... Area was about closed has reopened ...and now above this area is an 2cm open area and the area above its is boggy... It appears there is a net work of cyst... Have you ever seen anything of this nature?
