What is the meaning of mildly enlarged left kidney with normal position and partial loss of renal parenchymal tissue and pelvi - calyceal system is moderately dilated.Multiple enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes noted in para umbilical & right iliac fossa with largest one measuring 16*6mmmom.
