My Daughter Is 5 Yrs Old. She Has Been Detected

My daughter is 5 yrs old. She has been detected E beta Thallasemia intermedia one year later at the age of 4. She is on hydrea 500 mg alternate day for last one year. Since then she is maintaining her HB around 9 .but recently her HB drops at 7.5. She did not take any blood transfusion. I just want to why this happen. And what should be the course of treatment for her. I also want to know about her diet. She is not very much fond of his food. She didn't want to eat. At the time of food she have a tendency of nausea. What should I do. Please give me a complete guidance.
