My Daughter Is 5m Months Old. She Has A Bad

My daughter is 5m months old. She has a bad runny nose, is congested, has been sneezing, coughing occasionally and when I put my ear up to her back I can here her breathing kinda raspy. She had a fever on Friday but that was it. We have been using a humidifier and saline drops for her nose. Should I call and make an appointment just to have her checked?
