My daughter is 8 now. She was admitted to a hospital due to pneumonia and discharged a week later. Prior to her admission, she was having intermittent cough and cracking and peeling skin on her lips (white flakes). While she was given antibiotic at hospital her cracking lips fully healed. But after 3 days of her discharge from the hospital she is developing the cracking and peeling skin on her lips again. Her white cell count prior to the admission is also high. Please advice. Thank you.
