My Daughter Is Experiencing Diarrhea And Have Not Eaten Anything. Shall We Give Medicine?

Hello, my daughter which is 9 has had diaherra now she has been complaining she has a bad headache, she really has not eaten much but a little apple sauce and a little juice. Don't want to give her any medicine because she has not eaten anything...any suggestions? Oh her temp is 100.0

Hi,
It seems that she might be having acute gastro-enteritis and may require medicine.
For infection and to control loose motions she might require antibiotic and other medicines to control infection and prevent dehydration.
Give her plenty of water, Electrolytes and ORS liquid.
