My Daughter Is Getting Fever Every Month Why?
My baby is 3 years old and every month she has cold and fever. pediatrician told that my baby has flum and suggested to use sal mucolite sirup for 1 week for flum and crocin for fever and continue 2nd week also if the cough is not cured. After 2 weeks, now there is some improvement but not completely cured.Can we continue to use sal mucolite ? Does it have any negative impacts if we continue for another week. I am very much worried about the fever she gets every month. She underwent blood and Urine test and nothing wrong in the report. Please explain why she is getting fever every month. Some times she complains leg pains also..

hi Satya, thanks for query.She seems to having allergic bronchitis.Some children up to 5-6 years of age ,due to poor resistance power fall sick often.Give her good healthy diet comprising of fruits and vegetables.Make sure she is not low in her Hb.Give her vitamin c rich citrus foods that will boost her immunity.Also after taking to your doctor think about given her medicines for worm infestation.Yes you can continue sal mucolite as per need and advise.

cough every month can be something like reactive airway disease but it should not accompany with fever. fever everything month & if its significant is not something usual. she needs to see a good pediatrician & get her complete investigations again at some reliable place.
