My daughter me woke up in the middle of night and I got up and went to her room. A few minutes after I was up I began to feel nauseas and squatted down. Then my eyes began to involuntary close, like the feeling when you first wake up and there is a bright light. I stood back up feeling worse and walked into the other room starting to feel faint. I laid down and I saw white flecks and felt like I was going to faint, and my skin was clammy. After a minute or too it went away. I woke up with a faint headache which hasn’t gone away 12 hours later. Went to store and check blood pressure in the afternoon and it was 93/64. Curious what caused this?
