Hi, my daughter is 13 months and still has no teeth. what could be the cause ?

Eruption of milk teeth actually starts from 6th month & it ends by 25 th to 33rd months but its quite variable.one should not panic when eruption time varies but you should know there r some factors which affect eruption.if an individual has calcium deficiency then there r chances of delayed eruption.
