My Daughter Was Diagnosed With XXX Syndrome After I Was

My daughter was diagnosed with XXX syndrome after I was tested at 10 weeks pregnant. I have been talking to someone else who was told there daughter had this also. After this other mom started having kidney problems they ran test and found out she had xxx syndrome . They retested her daughter and it came back her daughter doesn't have it after all . How do they get this all wrong and the mom was the one that has it I am so confused on how this happened
