My Dearest Friend Has Had Renal Cancer For 2 Years

My dearest friend has had renal cancer for 2 years with a kidney removed. 6 months ago she received a dose of opdivo and her liver numbers became very high. She has been on insulin and 20 msgs of prednisone just after that with poor results. She was increased to 100 mgs 6 days ago and cannot manage the side effects of extreme sleeplessness, depression and anxiety. Is there another way to treat this issue. This is clearly not working for her. Any advice would be appreciated.
