My Doctor Has Diagnosed Me With Tinea Cruris On The

My doctor has diagnosed me with tinea cruris on the back of my knees. Both legs are red, swollen and look like they have been seared with an iron ... very painful and its difficult to bend my knees. He prescribed Nystop powder which I have been using for 3 days but with no relief. Is there a medicine I can buy OTC to help?
