My Doctor Has Prescribed 4 Different Antibiotics For A UTI

My doctor has prescribed 4 different antibiotics for a UTI and it keeps coming back within a week. I had a heart attack back in August and take a lot of pills now. I had the UTI before the heart attack but could it be one of the pills I am taking that is causing resistance to the antibiotics?
