My Doctor Increased My Dose Of Ropinirole From 3 Mg

My doctor increased my dose of ropinirole from 3 mg (1 tablet, 3 times a day) to 6 mg (1 tablet at night). Ever since I began taking the new dose I find myself feeling some negative effects in the morning like: numbness in my left arm, cold hand, discomfort in my chest, etc. Urgent care showed my BP slightly elevated, but all else including an EKG was normal. Could this be due to the medication? What can I do? The condition gets better as the day progresses.
